Winter In
Niagara
Winter brings an added dimension of beauty
as the spray from the Falls covers trees, scrubs and plants with the
silver armour. If it's a particularly cold winter, the clinging spray
of the Falls blankets the nearby trees, rocks and lampposts forming
unique frozen shapes. It glitters in the sun on a cold frosty day and
bounces light in the evening when the Falls are illuminated. And if you
have never seen Niagara Falls with a
spectacular Ice Bridge, you are in for real treat. Snow and ice turn
the Falls into a sparkling winter wonderland.
If at any time you get to cold, there are
plenty of places to go
indoors to thaw out. Niagara Falls doesn't go into hibernation during
winter season.
